Bali Paragon Resort Hotel Jimbaran , Jimbaran (Bali)

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was quite disappointed with my experience. While the lobby was impressive, the room was not up to par with a mildew smell and a persistent sewer odor in the bathroom. The service had its moments, but overall it felt inconsistent, especially during check-out. On a positive note, one staff member, Clara, really stood out with her exceptional service, which was refreshing amidst the issues I faced.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the staff were generally friendly and there were a lot of eateries nearby, the overall experience left much to be desired. The walls were paper-thin, making it hard to enjoy some peace and quiet, and I was woken up early due to maintenance activity. The room cleanliness could improve, and the water heater issues were quite inconvenient. However, the location is fairly decent if you have means to get around.

I had a great stay at this hotel, enjoying its excellent location with direct access to the pool right from my room. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed from the start, and the room's cleanliness and decoration were impressive. However, I was disturbed by outside maintenance early in the morning and the thin walls made it hard to get some uninterrupted rest. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would love to return.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The ambiance and food were enjoyable, but the housekeeping was severely lacking, which made my stay frustrating. While the staff were friendly, there were numerous service issues that detracted from the overall experience. I had to deal with smelly pillows and towels, as well as issues with room keys that left a sour note on what should have been an enjoyable visit for a wedding.
